One thing is for sure about Nintendo, is that they have made some really successful franchises over the years. While we definitely know about Mario & Zelda because of the way the games play & feel with wonderous memories coming back from the past, we cant also deny the franchises Nintendo has been honing in for newer gamers with wide appeal like Xenoblade Chronicles & recently Splatoon. With the massive success of Splatoon 2, Nintendo knew they had to do more to break the ice & with the release of Splatoon 3, Nintendo knew they needed to add more spark with their accessories. They made a Splatoon 3 themed Switch OLED last month & now they have released the Splatoon 3 Switch Pro Controller. The etching on the controller looks nice & has a sense of warmth each time you play games on it. You have all of the regular features the original Switch Pro Controller has like amiibo support, comfortable grips while you play games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe & Sonic Colors Ultimate, and the ability to play anywhere with the Switch: both connected to the screened or docked in tabletop mode. While Im not as thrilled with the colors blue & yellow on the grips as I liked the Splatoon 2 colors, it still is a great buy for hard core fans of Splatoon games before. If youre just getting into the Switch, the Switch Pro Controller is a must buy nevertheless. It gives you the best control for all your everyday gaming fun. So happy I decided to get this controller, very cute design and works great! Such a huge upgrade from what I had and worth every penny! If you’re considering buying this controller, DO IT!!!

Nintendo and Joystick Drift, name a better duo Ill wait

I ordered this from Amazon and when it arrived I opened it up and the first time I put my hands on the controller it was scratching my index fingers around the triggers. It felt strange being I have 2 other pro controllers that felt nothing like it. So I compared how it felt and the face buttons both on the new controller felt odd. Maybe it was changes in production since my Splatoon 2 controller? Anyway I decided to do an exchange because having it scratch my fingers when gripping the controller was too annoying. Amazon was great did an exchange no cost to me and sent out replacement. The replacement controller is fine. Does not scratch my fingers and the buttons feel the same as my other pro controllers. This raises a question in my mind. Did I get a fake controller first or was it just a faulty model from production? I feel like it was too much different to be the real thing and uncertain how that happened. I am glad Amazon returns are easy and that the replacement seems fine.
