Been using this exact S binder from Nite Ize for years. I use it cause it quick and convenient for my work keys. Simply snap in the key ring snap it on a belt loop and go. I actually bought the locking style S binder as an oversight. The little locking tab is plastic and broke one side in the first week. I wasnt surprised Honestly I didnt see a lot of point to the locking feature. Great for a nice little clip thats low profile. Just get the non-locking ones.

Id been using carabiners ever since they became popular as keychains (late 90s?). This is so much better than a carabiner in so many ways. Dont hesitate, just go for it. And in case youre not aware, Nite Ize is a trusted and known company.

does what its supposed to do the thing i like about it is you can lock the side that your keys are on and dont have to worry about your keys coming off and losing them

Just as described! I always have my keys clipped to my backpack or belt loops on my jeans and from time to time on a normal carabiner my keys would fall out when I would unhook it from my jeans so I love how my keys can be locked into place on one side!

Not really a fan of the sliding lock but it still works well.

The locks are solid and dont come undone on their own. I use it to keep my keys and small pocket tools secured to my belt and belt loop of my rear right pocket, and a lot of the time it is somewhat difficult to undo the specific keyring I would like to access. I could easily make something to keep the key rings in the order I would prefer but just havent had the time to do so yet.

This locking caribiner is great. Coming from Nite Ize, I knew this products was going to be awesome. Built with good construction and good quality, this thing can be used to multiple purposes. I mostly use it for keys, attaching gear to my backpack, and more. Check this thing out!
