My betta fish tried to swim through one of the holes on the top of the coconut. He got stuck and strangled himself to death. Im deeply sad, I loved this fish and he was in great health. Im sure this product would be great for small fish that can pass through the holes, bigger fish that cant even try to pass through, reptiles, ect. but, DO NOT BUY if you have bettas.

Although they were smaller then I thought they still worked for my baby lepired geko he loved to hide clime and sleep in the coco nuts. It also comes with tow I thought it was just one but all and all they were perfectly. I would recommend buying these for smaller reptiles and amphibians.

Our leopard gecko likes this hideout. It is easy to remove/move and is plenty strong enough for her climbs.

One of mine came cracked, but it’s not sharp so it just adds to my tank. The hole is smaller than expected and almost too small for my leopard gecko, I’ll definitely have to replace it as he grows. Otherwise they’re good hides

My hermit crabs love these coconuts. They each have their own coconut and love hiding and resting in them during the day.

I bought this for my tarantula so she could have a hide and I think it’s the perfect size for her. It’s not too big where it takes up too much room, but it’s not too small where she can’t fit in it, which I was afraid of because she is T. Albopilosum on the larger side.

Strong coconut shells, and an excellent place for reptiles to hide in! Both coconuts came in different sizes, one coconut shell smaller than the other. At first, it worried me if the smaller coconut could fit my adult gecko, but I found her sleeping inside hours later. Overall awesome product, and looks cute!

The item is big. Essentially half a coconut.

Very happy with my purchase! They came stacked tightly together, but easily came apart with some careful prying. Careful as in that I didnt want to crack one doing so. I ordered the ones with the coarse husk on the outer part of the shells for my hermit crabs and they seemed to have taken to them right away. They did not have any problems with rotting, mold etc as some might have reviewed. Mine are nicely thick too. I would definitely buy again.

Great product at a great price. Easy to clean and the perfect size for my daughter’s leopard gecko. Will buy again when she needs a second terrarium for another lizard.
