The 1 star review has compelled me to write an honest one. For someone who has actually purchased this product I think its great. A hamster cannot drown in this dish, theres a tiny mountain in the middle to prevent it. Ive been looking to switch to water dishes since its more conformable for hamsters in general and Ive been having bad luck with water bottles getting stuck. I have a Chinese hamster and he prefers this bowl instead of a water bottle, but this product should work for any species of hamster. Will buy again in the future for other hamsters. Thank you Niteangel for another amazing hamster product!!

Love these for our Syrian. She wouldn’t use a wattle bottle so we needed a bowl that wouldn’t flip or allow her to fall in. It’s perfect. Perfect size to refill and keep clean daily.

Update: 12/5 Customer service was very prompt and actually sent me a replacement bowl. Hopefully the same thing doesn’t happen :) I have updated the review for the prompt resolve.. —- It’s a cute bowl. It’s thick on the bottom but the walls need to be thicker. I set this on my tile countertop and the side completely broke off. It wasn’t dropped it wasn’t slammed. It’s a clean break.

Very sturdy and excellent quality. The top wall could be a bit thicker.

This is a great alternative to the water bottle. The only downside is it doesnt hold a lot of water so you need to check it frequently. Other than that, five stars! Its heavy so no tipping. The water bottles are just hit or miss and sometimes its really hard for them to get water out!

Best water bowl! Each of my hamsters use this bowl. I had to get one in each of the colors available! I have had NO issues at all with any of them! Def my go-to! Also love that the mountain ensures they cannot drown. For example, my robo is really little so this made me feel a lot better using this bowl for her! 10/10!!

I typically use the ceramic bowls for my 4 Syrian hamsters’ water but Niteangel created this glass bowl and it was too cute to pass up. So far my little ones are using it without any problems. I like the design with the mound in the middle. I hope more colors are added to the collection.
