I had every hope that this hammock would work out, but I should have realized that ferrets are naturally messy little dudes and he had the hammock dirty in no time. It was difficult to keep clean and it stunk to high heaven after a few days. His other hammock does not retain smells at all.

Super cute and well made. Two ferrets got in and fell asleep about a minute after I hung it up.

Very happy with it. Its nice to look at, super soft and my rat boys all love to climb in and cuddle. Its their new favorite hammock. Update: This hammock has seen rough times. I have 3 cages with 2 rats each. 2 of the cages chew these hammocks to hell, but they are still functioning. I machine wash and dry on regular cycle because I just dont have time to baby 3 cages worth of rat laundry lol. The hammock that hasnt been chewed still looks brand new after 6 months. Would definitely recommend for rats. They use it more than any other house/hammock in the cage.
