Ive been slowly adding enrichment to my hamsters cage since she was not an expected addition to the family. This hide is just perfect. I put it in and she took to it right away by hiding some sunflower seeds and then going to sleep in it. I also was able to fit her 8.2 Niteangel wheel on top so it doesnt feel like this big hide took up too much room.

hamsters love it, easily one of the best hides on the market, came wrapped in plastic for cushioning though i dont think it was completely necessary considering its durability.

The small 3 chamber house was great for my dwarf hamster it was easy to clean and my hamster loved it. But it was just a bit expensive in my opinion overall I recommend it

The large 6 chamber hide is very well made and exactly as described, but surprisingly large when you didn’t check the actual size… I am very pleased with it

Great for all hamsters!! I’ve been using this for my dwarf hamster for around 2 months and it has been great!! My hamster refuses to sleep anywhere else but the multi chamber house. She always loves to make burrows inside. My hamster has been more happier ever since I gave her the multi chamber house. I wish I could rate this product more than five stars!!

So I finally added this to my hamster’s enclosure....to be completely honest with you he loves the hell out of it. I haven’t seen him in 6 days. He packed all of his stuff up from his old sleeping spot and moved in. He used to run in his wheel all the time...he never leaves the house. He’s turned into a super homebody. I thought he was dead. I panicked and took the roof off and he got super irritated that I woke him up. He stores all his food in one room and I have no idea what he does in the other rooms. I know he leaves the house at some point because the water goes down and there’s less food around. But yea...in the end, he basically loves the house. He may have posters and plumbing on the inside. I have no idea. That’s his domain now.

I would like it a bit better if it came with some sort of finish or sealant on the side? Or if there was an option for it to come pre-sealed Anyone have any good hamster-safe wood sealant? I like the natural idea for some people i guess though. Or even if you guys sold a sealant that specificly went with the product so i wouldnt have to think so hard about whats hamster safe. But to be fair, i knew what i was buying. I didnt think it would be this huge of an issue though. Because its unfinished, its really hard to clean without introducing more moisture to the wood. My buddy just has decided to pee only in one of the chambers which obviously gets gross quick (dark, wet, warm. YUCK!). Very sturdy though! Awesome little maze hideout. Im sure if barnaby had thumbs, theyd be up. Sometimes the lid is finicky but nothing a little force doesnt fix, lol. Seems as thick as it needs to be! Very solid.

I bought the small 3-room hide for my winter white hamster (shes about 3-4 long) and she immediately took to liking it. I love the 3-room feature of it because she can hide her food and seeds in one room and sleep in another (this is one of many hide she has, though). The roof of the hide comes off effortlessly so a pet owner can see the 3 separate rooms and tend to them if needed. My hamster doesnt slip on the smooth wood roof, but I am getting the matching corkboard piece (sold elsewhere on Amazon) so that her little feet are more comfortable and so her pee doesnt stain the top of this hide. Overall, a great, reliable, and safe hide for your hamster!
