> 24 hourPRO: This is the REAL DEAL as far as the quietness of a hamster wheel is concerned !!! Ive had MANY hamster wheel brands, but this brand/type is TRULY Silent, I have dwarf hamsters. They both run on the wheel together, which is hilarious. With that said, as I am visually watching and listening for the noise to come, IT DOESNT HAPPEN. This brand/type nailed that part for sure. CON: The price is expensive, $34.00 dollars including tax. so it is the customer who wll determine what their price point will be, no matter the silence or not, because $30 + dollars is steeply expensive--no matter how much you like your hamie noise free :-)

> 24 hourHad a hard time finding an aesthetically pleasing hedgehog sized wheel until this one. I really didn’t want to spend the money on it, but I’m glad I did because it’s got some awesome features. You can move the wheel up and down and it’s super easy to clean. My hedgehog, Dave, likes to poop and run at the same time and smashes his poop in it like a complete psycho so I just spray it with pet safe cleaner, let it sit, then spray it with hot water. Then I wake up the next morning and he’s done it again lmao. The only thing I dislike is it’s not completely silent but that’s fine because his cage isn’t in my room and there is a cork board bottom. I can’t remember if it came with it and I put it on or if it was on it already when I got it, but if I put it on, definitely don’t because it’ll get soaked in rodent pee and absorb it like a sponge. Lol

> 24 hourI felt compelled to write this review, which is something I never do, because this wheel is awesome. I was this close to purchasing a wood wheel for my gerbils because I read in multiple places that gerbils chew everything plastic and it can be really dangerous for them, not to mention annoying to see the thing you just bought half destroyed. At the last minute I decided against the wood wheel after seeing some photos of un-cleanable pee stains in the wood. I figured I’d get this plastic wheel and if I saw any chew marks I’d immediately get rid of it. When the wheel arrived I noticed immediately how large and well made it seemed. I loved that it’s height adjustable so it fits in my cage, despite its large diameter. It’s very solid, the plastic is quite thick and hard and the wheel is completely quiet while spinning. It’s also very smooth as it spins, not grindy or jostly. It comes with a self-stick cork bottom so it doesn’t slide around the cage. I love that it’s see-through so we can better watch the gerbils running. All around this is a very well designed and well thought out piece of equipment, manufactured with care. And while the gerbils do pee in the wheel a LOT, I’m happy to say that after over a month, there is zero sign of chewing. It seems I made the right decision.

> 24 hourThis is sturdy and stable and whisper-quiet. Our hamster loves it and even though the price point seemed high at first, I would purchase it again. It’s easy to clean too.

> 24 hourWe had a wheel previous to this purchase but it was pretty loud and my daughter would flip the wheel to keep from having to hear it while sleeping . When receiving this wheel the first thing I noticed is it’s built to last and when our little man runs on it you can’t hear it. So now we are all happy. Well worth an extra couple dollars.

> 24 hourI got the medium wheel, it takes up about 1/5 of my 20gal long tank, not a bad thing but as someone who eyeballs things, i wish i had gotten a smaller one. Im keeping it because i plan on upsizing my mouse area anyway, and ill eventually buy a smaller one for the 20gal. Just thought it would be helpful!

> 24 hourWe got the medium sized 10 inch wheel, and I understand now why all the pictures on Amazon are sort of landscape shots, and not showing the wheel inside an actual hamster or gerbil cage. There is no way it would fit. We have a large cage that is easily big enough for 2 gerbils, and this thing would totally fill it up if we were to keep it. Im afraid I have to return it for something smaller that can clip onto the side of the cage somehow. Seems incredibly high quality though, for anyone who has an open room or enormous enclosure for their small pet rodent.
