> 24 hourDont get me wrong, I love Noctua ... but along with many of you, im not so keen on the vision in beige that is their stock color scheme. Thank goodness for the Chromax line. Added this and a Fractal AL120 (PWM) RGB fan to replace the stock fan and couldnt be happier

> 24 hourI purchased a Noctua NH-U12S chromax.Black cooler and didnt want to go with a complete blackout scheme on the CPU. So purchasing this in white suited my black and white scheme. Its easy to install and its held on by magnets. It is solid when the magnets touch. Make sure the top and the sides do not wobble. If there is wobbling, move it around side to side very lightly. Sooner or later you will feel it shift and lock into place. Even though the white almost matches my white case, Im going to paint it a white color (its nice to know its safe to paint) that matches the case and do some steampunk designs on it. That way it fits my theme.

> 24 hourAs per the usual Noctua standards, the Noctua Heatsink cover was well packaged, well engineered, and had great instructions for installation. I have to say that it simply looks great on the Heatsink, and it gives the heatsink a much more finished kind of look. It is very easy to install. The sides of the shroud that cover the sides of the heatsink fit fine and still fit flush despite the fan clips being underneath. You will have to remove the shroud to remove the fan, and the fan clips. If you feel creative enough, there is enough room at the top of the shroud to install an LED or RGB LED light strip underneath the shroud, and to replace the colored inserts with a hand cut white translucent plastic insert, (think plastic coffee can lid), and run the wire to the Motherboard, and synch it up with a Motherboard RGB LED. Now you have a genuine Noctua RGB LED heatsink cover.

> 24 hourTo be honest, its really not worth the money considering how simple and basic the cover is although it does look great if you plan on doing a white build and dont want to see the top of your tower cooler.

> 24 hourTheres not much to review, it makes Noctua heatsinks look much better. With Noctuas old brown fans, you had to give up style for performance. The new line of black fans and coolers has changed that, so I think Noctua should really embrace that and include these covers with the cooler

> 24 hourMakes my noctua look soo much cleaner. Love the sleek white look to it with black noctua fans and white corner caps. MUCH better that their brown and beige fans fo sho. Easy upgrade to your rig that’ll make it look so much better. Trust me get this and ditch the brown noctua fans. Make sure it’s compatible with your cooling tower before you buy. Mine is a NH-U14S.

> 24 hourGreat cover, adds some flare to the NH-U12S. The NH-U12A with the cover fits in well enough in my P400A when using on a Ryzen processor that I dont have to worry about pressure on the glass panel.
