> 24 hourIm using 2 of these fans in my front to pull cool air into the case and they are doing an excellent job keeping the airflow moving and the internal components (especially my GFX) cool. So far Im a new but HUGE fan of Noctua and believe they are the only company Ill be using for future cooling purchases. All of the recent fans (cpu cooler, 120mm, and 80mm) have been through Noctua for the efficiency of airflow and low noise they provided (none are using the provided low noise adapters as I havent seen the need to use them).

> 24 hourThese are easily the best 80mm fans you can buy. I bought a couple of them to cool a 750Ti which I removed the stock fans and fan shroud. They are literally silent. They are impossible to hear if they are turned down using the motherboard. I even replaced my standard light bulbs in my room with LED ones because my computer was so silent I could hear them humming and that was starting to drive me crazy... but Im pretty OCD about things like this.

> 24 hourPurchased two of these fans for use in a Silverstone GD09B HTPC chassis. Was worried that running two 80mm fans in here 1) wouldnt fit, and 2) would be too loud. Am happy to report that these fit side by side easily in the rear exhaust area on the Silverstone case, and that they are not audible using the standard profile from my motherboards pwm header.

> 24 hourThe CPU fan which also acts as the primary fan for the whole computer in my wifes little Lenovo IdeaCenter 510S all-in-one PC was starting to make noise. I am a long time PC builder and wanted to make her computer as close to silent as possible. I hardly even look at other fan brands anymore, I usually just buy Noctua and be done with it. Yes, they cost the most, but you will never be disappointed.

> 24 hourI do a lot of audio and video recording in my office and have noticed a computer hum in some recordings. After doing some research I found out about these fans which as supposed to reduce noise. I pulled my computer apart to find out what I needed and ordered the replacement fans. They came in two days and I installed them. They looked good and fit perfectly, but I have been disappointed with the results. The noise isnt any better than it was with the original factory fans. I went through all that work for no change. So Im going to have to pursue a different and more drastic sound dampening approach. I wouldnt waste your time with these so called silent fans!

> 24 hourSecond to none for quiet and cool, but more expensive than most.. worth it for me but some may not agree.
