Con respecto a las velocidades, hay que configurar adecuadamente los ventiladores porque pueden llegar a ser muy ruidosos y pareciera que la computadora se va a salir volando, pero una vez configurados son muy silenciosos.

Use this as a case intake fan for my silent build computer. Everything inside my case is liquid cooled with 120mm or 140mm fans on the radiators. This fan was by far the loudest of all of them. Would not recommend for silent builds!! The airflow didnt seem that great either. Eventually I had to replace this fan with another one since it was too loud. Considering all the technology Noctua puts into their fans, this was a HUGE letdown!! Especially for the price! The fan I replaced it with was half the price and is silent(!!!) while maintaining great airflow.

If you want better finish, choose chromax. If you want something quiet, go for the 700rpm version or one of the poop ones. These fans are good at moving large amounts of air 24/7 for years to come. Considering the CFM they move, they are actually very quiet. I have 3 in the face of a server running at 100% and it sounds like a large ventilation duct more than anything. For those who hear a clicking sound, know that these have very strong magnets inside that will pull metallic debris inside the motor and make it click. There was a piece of metal shaving left in my case after I modded it and one of my fans picked it up and clicked; I fixed this by blowing with a duster in the side of the motor until the FOD settled in a place where it no longer rubbed.

Ive been using it for about 3 years now. The device works pretty well, its a great middle ground of airflow and silence at a very good price.

The top mount fan in my system was a sleeve bearing and already showing signs of wear so I bought these on a whim to take over exhaust duties on (rear and top mount). The sso bearing Noctua uses is supposed to be well suited for horizontal mounting and I had high hopes that the noise profile would meet Noctuas reputation.
