> 3 dayThis fan is not that quiet. I got this fan because of the lower max rpms and supposed lower dbA since I have a 3 pin header, I figured a l.n.a. would be enough. Lo and behold it isnt, I even hooked up 2 l.n.as to slow the rpm even more but I can still hear it. According to speedfan 1 l.n.a dropped the rpm from 1200 to 1050 instead of reported 900, and 2 l.n.as dropped it to 950. Either the software is inaccurate or the resistors were off.

Greater than one weekI routinely use these to replace stock fans. Even the best cases often use mediocre fans. Especially good if quiet operation or otherwise improving your noise to cooling ratio is your goal. These are the best.

> 3 dayNot disappointed. Ive been building PCs for over 20 years and these are by far the nicest fans I have ever installed. They are ugly IMO but if you can get over the color combo you will not regret purchasing these fans. They are packaged better than any other fan and they are dead quiet. Highly recommend!

Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
