> 3 dayLike: easy to install, look modern, and most importantly, are super quiet - especially with the vibration rubbers.

> 3 daycant hear it over the noise of the stock cpu cooler.

> 3 dayI used these to replace the two on the radiator for my CPU that were starting to make noise. Theyre virtually silent even at 100% power. They move air like a fan should. Temps are as low as with the stock fans, so good in my book.

> 3 dayVery good and very quiet. Bought two of them as normal case fans (not radiators) specifically for the low noise. These packages dont come with anything special except the fan and screws (no adapters or anything) which means you just get a great fan at low cost. PWM control is a beautiful thing, these can spin down very slow and quiet.

> 3 dayAn excellent fan...quiet, moves a relatively large amount of air. While I dont have any competitors fans to directly compare it to, for the money, this is the fan Id go to for 120mm applications.

06-06-2025Ive been using Noctua fans for awhile now, and with my latest build Ive been focusing more on aesthetics. I was using a prettier black fan with white details but the noise bothered me. So I went back to the silent, solid performer fan company, Noctua. Nowadays they have fans that arent brown which made the decision to switch to them all that much easier. But after installing them in my system I do feel a slight regret. The noise levels are great, hardly audible at 100% load. However even in my monochrome build with silver/gray RAM it doesnt seem to look quite as good as the previous fans. Black with gray accents, or anti-vibration rubber of a different color could have helped the fan look better. And yes Im aware of the industrial fans but I was looking for something to fit my color scheme that was quieter than my first choice of fans, and between the brown anti-vibration mounts and from what Ive read men undervolting performance/noise levels I still think this was a better option for me.

Greater than one weekWith regard to the Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM fan: They are relatively inexpensive but (to me) are much noisier than the spec indicates. Late at night or when there is little ambient noise, they can be easily heard when spinning up to handle a temp increase (via PWM). The elevated sound is a smooth whoosh -- not tremendously bothersome but still very noticeable.

> 3 dayI upgraded my PC case fans with 1x Noctua Redux NF-S12B, 2x Noctua Redux NF-P14s; also upgraded the thermal compound (in both CPU and GPU) for IC Diamond 24 Carat (I used Arctic Silver Arcticlean to remove old thermal compound).
