> 3 dayArrived with no protective plastic covering the processor contact point. Relatively easy install for AM4. Much too loud, and nowhere close to as efficient at cooling as I was led to believe. I initially tested it on an undervolted Ryzen 5800X and found that thermals could climb as high as 83C during multithreaded tests with the fans screaming. My Scythe Ninja 5 with its 500 RPM fans performed nearly identically while making half the amount of noise. Same temps, same boost clocks. What is wrong with this thing?

> 3 dayVery easy to install, this cooler keeps my Ryzen 3700X performing at max boost near constantly while keeping temps low. Gaming temps hover in the high 50s to low 60s, and even under synthetic CPU stress test my Ryzen never goes above 70c. Easier to install than many other brands (especially compared to Cooler Master) and comes with a long screwdriver even. Came in the most premium packaging I have seen and is of very high quality. I have owned a ton of CPU coolers over the years and there is no brand that has the same premium feel like Noctua does. I came from a NH-U14S to this, and as far as Im concerned, this will probably be the last CPU cooler I ever own.
