> 24 hourDefinitely buy new. I ordered used- like new because the description said basically the box was just damaged so I assumed maybe someone ordered and it didnt fit so they sent it back. (More below, want to get to the cooler first.) Its a great cooler. The lowest temp drop I have seen on my i7-9700 is 10c. It rarely ever gets over 70 and even if it does it is just for a split second. (Full gaming load) Whisper quiet. Very glad I chose this instead of an AIO. When gaming large MMOs or Modern warfare it stays around 55-60c and in larger, busier events maybe 64c tops. All while maintaining complete silence. An impressive unit for sure. Easy to install. It comes with a great thermal paste and everything you need.

> 24 hourFirst of all, this cooler is great. Way way better than my stock AMD cooler. Its super quiet and cooled down my cpu during gaming by about 10-15C. There is no question that this cooler have been engineered very well. If you intend to only use it with a one fan configuration then get it, if you intend in using it with a push/pull configuration then read below.
