16-06-2025Was using a Hyper 212 for the past year on my Intel system (i7 8700k) and decided to upgrade. It is consistently 10-12 degrees lower in all tasks, definitely happy with my purchase. I have a NH-D15 in another system and if youre trying to decide between this cooler and the NH-D15 (and are tight on $) this is a great option. After having used both I would say the temperature difference is not significant except under stress tests. Buy with confidence.

> 3 dayMake sure it is compatible with your motherboard. After mixing and matching two sets of parts I got it to fit.

> 3 dayThis cooler is really quiet but it hardly absorbs heat from cpu. i replaced 20$ cooler with cooper pipes (which was quite noisy) with this one. old cooler was able to keep cpu at 45-50c at 30% load and with this new cooler it goes up to 65c. i didnt used too much thermal paste to block heat dissipation so i guess this cooler uses bad material to transfer heat or something else.

> 3 dayNo hace nada de ruido. Su calidad es impresionante. Es caro sí, pero se nota en los acabados. El sistema de montaje es muy sencillo y permite añadirle otro ventilador. El color que a mucha gente no gusta a mi me encanta.

> 3 dayOMG! I had to look to make sure the fan was actually running after installing the Noctua cooler. After YEARS of thinking my computer was haunted using the stock cooler and having to endure the constant woooo, WooOOOoooo, WOOOOOOO, I have the sound I wanted. nothing! The stock cooler did a good job keeping the CPU temps down but the sounds of waking up in a haunted house at 3am had to go!

> 3 dayI have a Ryzen 3600, with the stock cooler; it is was hitting temps around 92c. With this cooler (and a second fan) I am getting a max temp around 74c. Thats a crazy difference!

> 3 dayThis Noctua CPU fan cooler for the LGA-1150 socket processors is simply amazing. What else can I say but that the construction is superb, with all high quality components, and excellent thermal paste included. But beyond the obvious high quality is something else youll notice right away ... or WONT notice, because this fan is so quiet that you cannot hardly hear it in operation, even when you put your ear up to your open CPU case. It really is that quiet, and it is quite apparent that Noctua actually did do all the wind testing and fan blade experimentation to end up with a fan this quiet. I highly recommend this for anyone wishing to build a quiet computer, and you can purchase the Noctua fans separately (apart from this CPU cooler) in just about every size, so you can retrofit an entire case with these, if you want.
