> 24 hourInserito in un case Corsair 300R per raffreddare un processore Xeon E3 1241 v3 (4 core/8 thread @3.50GHz turbo @3.90GHz). Con uno stress test effettuato tramite Intel Extreme Tuning Utility la massima temperatura raggiunta è stata di 88°C con il dissipatore stock, mentre con il Noctua NH U12S la temperatura massima raggiunta è stata di 65°C. Aggiungo che probabilmente sono stato un po tirchio con la pasta termica e se ne avessi messa di più probabilmente qualche altro grado si sarebbe potuto tirare giù. Non farò la prova poiché lo reputo comunque un ottimo risultato.

> 24 hourBottom line is Noctua makes the BEST cpu coolers on the market. There is no comparison, nothing else comes close. This is my message to Noctua though - please for the love of all things good, change the color of your fans! There is a reason 99.999999% of the case fans on the market are solid black with either black blades or white blades. These fans look like a band-aid, the color is horrible. Noctua - you tried to be different, it didnt work, you failed, ditch the band-aid color and move on.
