22-11-2024This is a whisper whisper quiet cooler. Absolutely dead silent .... Running this NH-U12S SE-AM4 on an amd 3900x. Idle is around 35-38c for me and my case and ambient temps. I got around 50-60sh Celsius when Im rendering a 4k video project. Not bad at all IMO. Obviously this is totally subjective and ymmv based on your setup but for me this is good.

Greater than one weekThis heat-sink is fantastic... cooling my Ryzen7 1700X to 45 C under 7/8 cores at 100% load mining crypto algorithms. Its also extremely quiet and, quite possibly, the easiest to install large heat-sink I have ever touched. I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for an easy to install / effective AM4 heat-sink.

> 3 dayKeeps my CPU amd 2700x 26-28 celsius while idle, and under load around 55-60 celsius. Im sure that if i had gotten their bigger coolers it would have done better, but comparing this to the temperatures of my brothers computer with an AIO, the NH-U12S does a pretty darn good job.
