> 3 dayThe idea is good, but the one I got must have been defective. After 8 hours of my suv in the sun it blew hot air out for the first 5 min or so, and even at that the airflow was minimal (AC blows cold air almost instantly). I looked in the tubing with a flashlight and realized that part of the material used to make the item was clogging the airway, making it more or less useless. I was tempted to take it apart and trim the material away, but I would have had to buy material at the hardware store to put it back together... and after spending 50 bucks on the noggle in the first place that really didnt appeal to me. If you spend money on something like that it shouldnt need to be tampered with to work. The zip tie they give you to attach to the vent is nice and thick, but unfortunately strapping it tight enough to prevent air from escaping out the side bent the vent and I was worried it would break it. The product is pretty solid and does have a little weight to it coming off of your vent. Even holding the noggle straight up to my vent only produced what I would describe as a number one setting out of the end of the tube... and that was after I placed my AC on high. Good idea... but I want to the hardware store and spent 9 dollars and rigged up something very similar that produced a heck of a lot more air flow. Again mine had some material obstructing the airway so maybe others would have worked better. for the price... i would hope so. Awesome idea... and if it had really worked as described I would have kept it. As it was I needed something that worked quickly and once I had my homemade contraption I lost the taste for spending 5 times that one something covered in fabric. I ended up returning mine. Note: I did not tamper with it. I only attempted to use it as it was designed. You can tell though on inspection it is put together in such a way that it will not come apart on its own.

Greater than one weekWe bought this for our 1 year old. We live in Fl so the summers are pretty brutal plus he is still rear facing and 2 of our vehicles didn’t have rear AC. I do think the vent attachment design could be better / maybe have some type of foam or seal on it. But all in all I’m happy that he’s finally able to get some air back there. Would recommend!

Greater than one weekGreat idea, but the company needs to come up with a way to actually seal the mount to the vent firmly. The zip ties dont even come close to doing that, so it just kind of hangs there and flops around loosely with a gap between the vent and the hose. As a result, most of the air coming out of the vent never enters the hose, and the stream of air making it to the back seat is weak at best. Note in the photos that there are no long shots of the mount on the vent, just closeups. What theyre not showing you is that someone just out of view is pushing on the hose to hold the mount against the vent. Also, be careful! If the hose gets accidentally yanked while its attached, you could easily break the vent, which is not designed for any stress at all and is very expensive to replace. People who dont care about their cars appearance may want to duct-tape or glue the hose mount to the vent, but I dont think thats a viable solution for most car owners. If the mount could be sealed to the vent somehow it would work great. Bottom line: the critical design element that would let it work is the way the hose mount gets attached to the vent. This attachment is poorly thought through and just doesnt work because there is no seal and no way to shape the hose mount to the vent. Because the seal at the vent is what determines how much cool air actually can get pushed through the hose, the poor attachment design undermines the whole product. Needs work and I really hope the company comes up with a better solution for attachment because its a much-needed product. A few thoughts on improvements for the vent attachment: **It might be easier to make a mount that firmly attaches to the floor vent on the passenger side. This vent is less visible than the dash vent so aesthetics would not be so much of a concern. Some kind of elastic stretchable attachment; adhesive velcro; or a hose clamp screw-on type of attachment might be possible. Not sure how consistent across vehicles the outlet of this vent is. The current design of the hose mounts doesnt really work for this vent. *Make custom, automotive-quality mounts for specific car models that could be permanently attached or could replace the original vent and actually look good. By the way: although this product has the standard Amazon Prime FREE Delivery & FREE Returns banner after the price, when you start a return there is a crazy long list of disclaimers basically saying the return wont be accepted unless it is in brand-new condition and talking about restocking fees and shipping charges. Not sure how you would try it out on your dog-car and have it keep a brand new appearance, its bound to get dog hair on it and the zip ties end up all bent after trying to install it. Apparently they intend to try to resell the ones that get returned if the product didnt work for a buyer? All that said, its a well-made, attractive product. If only it did what its supposed to do better.

> 3 dayWith my 2007 Nissan Versa, a 9 mth old who naturally sweats a lot -and- who faces the rear when Im driving, this has saved my daughter and my sanity. I dont worry that she will overheat. This was super easy to install. If you have doubts, go in Youtube. Without this Noogle, The back of my car seat heats up so much because I only have AC units in the front of the car, not the back seats. Before we got the Noogle, one day, my daughter cried herself to sleep in the car. When I pulled her out of the car seat she was wet, covered in sweat from head to toe, my heart dropped to my stomach but she woke up and she was ok. The next day was another California hot day. I had to ask my husband to pick up the baby because I was afraid she would overheat. Once I bought this Noggle, my daughter loves it!!!

> 3 dayWe have a van with rear air but not enough of the cool air reaches our baby girl especially in a rear facing car seat. This is a life saver especially in Arizona where the temperatures outside during the summer are on average 100 to 115 degrees with the inside of a car being even hotter. I looked for anything to help keep our little one cooler (fans, shades, cooling pads, etc.) because even with the AC going it still takes time for the inside of the car to cool down and our poor baby was getting overheated (pink cheeks, sweaty, overly cranky) due to the heat. As soon as we put this in there was a huge difference. She was so much calmer. No more pink cheeks and puddles of sweat left behind. My only wish is that it came with additional brackets for attaching the hose for use in more than one car. It comes with a round attachment and a square attachment for the 2 different types of vents that vehicles have but it would be great if it came with 2 of each so that you could switch the hose between vehicles with ease. Overall, so happy we purchased this and recommend it to everyone we know with little ones.

> 3 dayIt fit in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Perfect for my backseat passengers, especially rear facing ones. I looked into this Noggle the first time we put a kid rear facing in a car seat but hesitated to not buy it because of the price. That was a mistake. Im so glad I finally got it. Dont let the price steer you away. Its such a relief to know the kids are more comfortable in the back seat, and they are less whiny because they are actually cool. I tried a mini fan before this, it was practically useless. My tip, use a string to measure from the vent you plan to connect this to, and see how far youll want the Noggle to reach to decide on the length. I purchased an 8ft, but now realize I could have gotten the 6ft. Regardless, Im keeping it. And I feel cooler because I learned how to remove my vent and take it apart to fit the Noggle attachment, then reinstall it, and now keep my kids cool. Also, removing the vent cover in my Jeep is super easy, so this required no tools and no assistance. I literally did this in my driveway while the baby was asleep in the car, with the a/c running of course.

> 3 dayGreat idea but doesn’t tighten enough against vent. Air ends up blowing out around sides of vent connector and less so in the noggle itself.

> 3 dayBought this for my backseat as I have kiddos. I have an Equinox and got the size recommended for back seats. It’s ok. Definitely not worth the money, but ok. I had a hard time connecting it as the zip ties don’t just flip out of the vents, the Noggle attachment continually slides, closing the vent and defeating the purpose of the purchase. The zip tie it came with loosens itself, which aids in it sliding down to close the vent. I have contemplated returning several times, but there are no other products like this out there. I just wish it wouldn’t move so much on the vent attachment and keep the vent open. When the vent is open though, it works great.
