The stainless steel hooks arrived promptly and in good condition. Although they feel hollow and are therefore very light-weight they appear to be well-made and nicely finished. I was expecting something heavier and more solid-feeling but this does not diminish their usefulness. I did not use the provided screws and plugs to fasten them to our shower wall because I didnt want to drill the ceramic tile. Instead, I used WaterWeld epoxy putty which is available at HomeDepot and Lowes. This was an easy process and made for a solid attachment. I highly recommend both this product and this method of attachment and suggest to the seller that a small quantity of a similar epoxy putty be provided with the hooks.

Hung them on my hollow core door using Toggler hollow core door anchors. Super sturdy, great product.

It is true to color, and comes with all the tools necessary to perform the job. You will need a hammer/mallet and drill to use the anchors. Great buy! Easy to install since it didn’t take long as a newbie. Plus it’s a rental friendly solution to upgrade your space.

the product is a little bulky however, it doesnt really matter if your towel is covering it right? the shape fits in with the rest of out grohe sink and shower fixtures but again, just a bit bulky. Installation was too hard for me but my husband was able to install it in a jiff. Its a solid bath towel holder.
