The advertisement shows a medium gray but the desk mat is a charcoal grey which is ok. I would recommend this product.

The quality and functionality were so good, I decided to order a larger option for my own desk. Im happy to say it lived up to the expectations set by the first one. My only disappointment is the color. I ordered Gray and it has a weird pink tone. Even my 6yo commented on that when she first saw it. I expected more of a cool gray. I kept it because it does work and none of the other colors would be a good fit for my workspace.
