> 24 hourThis mat works great to prevent slipping. I ordered this to use as a backing for a cloth rug. Its not too thick so it doesnt make the rug bulky, and it gives the needed grip to the rug to keep it from sliding around. My elderly dog is very happy now that she can walk without sliding, and Im happy now that I dont have do deal with rugs that wonder around the room. The only issue with it was that it was a little difficult to sew to the rug, because it didnt slide through the sewing machine too well. Which should be an obvious issue, since it doesnt slide on the floor. If it slides easily across the machine it will slide easily across the floor too. Just a heads up that it may not be the easiest material to work with, but that just means it does what its supposed to do (not slide).

> 24 hourThis is perfect. I recently started making my own rugs. This is so easy to sew onto the bottom, and it really completes the look and feel of the rugs.

> 24 hourIm using this Non-Slip Tufting Cloth to temporarily keep an area rug in place on top of carpet in a foyer. The replacement for that carpet is on back order and we need to hide the spots from the skylight leak. This backing fabric is about 2/3 the size of the rug, so I was concerned that it wouldnt work, but it does. I actually have another rug Im putting in place in a guest room when its time to change to Spring decor. That ones going on hard wood and this is the perfect size for it. Im thinking of gluing it to that rug but, both of these rugs are machine washable, I didnt see any mention of this cloth being the same, but after reading reviews of what people have used it for, Im guessing it is and hoping it wont shrink. So I think Ill wait until I wash it before gluing it to the other rug. Im glad I got it, its thick enough to give a little cushion boost to our rugs.

> 24 hourThis backing cloth is perfect for rug making. It’s a nice length so it’ll probably last a while depending on the size of the rugs you’re making.

> 24 hourThis backing feels like it is made of quality materials and will protect my wood floors with it under the area rug. It is easy to cut into whatever size I need and will keep my rugs from moving around. I highly recommend!

> 24 hourLarge size makes it easy to cut into and make smaller pieces. I love the anti-slip add on and how it isnt so thick and bulky. Used my tufting gun on a piece of it and it seems to work awesome.

> 24 hourI am going to start making my own rugs and I got this backing fabric when it became available to try it out. From what Ive used it seems to do very well with keeping the rug in place on tile and wood It cuts well with very sharp fabric scissors the glue I used did not seep through the material Overall I am going to say this is great quality material and would recommend

> 24 hourThe back of this throw rug was deteriorating. So I removed all of the backing and sewed on some of this non-skid material. Now our rug stays in place and I dont have to worry about it sliding around. Works really well.

> 24 hourAside from rug backing, this fabric is very useful for any non-slip project. Soles for slippers or footie pajamas. Bases for pet beds and cushions. The base for a decorative tray
