> 3 dayI just worked out for the first time with this slam ball. I’m 6’2” 225 lbs and got the 25lb ball. I slammed the heck out of this thing for an hour and it held up really well. It’s solid. You can feel the iron sand shifting around a bit as you move it but that is by design I believe. I wore work out gloves but my finger tips definitely got sore from the tactile grip. But the soreness didn’t last long. Overall I would recommend it.

10-06-2025i really like this thing! definitely awkward getting it at my door because the box was pretty much wasted at that point. very tough and seems to be a keeper for years. perfect add-on for my home gym and will be great for training my wife/daughters in weight balance management. worth the purchase!

> 3 dayIncredible slam ball. Doesn’t hurt your hands at all. Exactly what I hoped it would be. Already ordered other sizes!

> 3 dayI use the 15 pound weighted ball to do leg lifts by holding it between my calves. For this reason I love that it has some “deflation” so it’s not hard like a basketball. Second, it has a soft enough grip texture that it doesn’t hurt my calves. Finally, if you compare other weight balls you’ll notice some feel like the weight is uneven inside or moving around. This ball doesn’t, the weight feels like it’s part of the ball and doesn’t shift. If I had to give an improvement it would be that I wish it was a bit smaller in size because I do use it for my leg lifts I prefer my feet closer together.

> 3 dayLive the grip on this. Easy to handle. It does bounce a bit if thrown hard. Use it mainly for slam ball and Russian Twists.

> 3 dayThis medicine ball has an incredible exterior. It’s like tread on sneakers. Some might prefer to use gloves, due to how hard / rough it is. But it certainly feels ultra-durable. I really like it a lot better than others which have a seam.

Greater than one weekWhen it was delivered, my girlfriend brought it in. She told me, Theres one box thats ridiculously heavy. I knew just what it was. On first grabbing it, it feels heavier than the 35 pounds marked on it. After I get warmed up and start using it, it feels exactly the way it should. I use it in the garage, and it really tests me. The first few reps make me feel like a king destroying a small village. After that, the suffering begins. Its not loud. Theres no bounce, and it makes for a very effective workout without being annoying. Overall a great slam ball. Highly recommended.
