Saw this on 60 Minutes, hope I never have the chance to use.

Hope to never ever need these...but its great to know they are in the kit. These are an awesome size. I was afraid they would be small, but they seem to be of ample size to cover most chest wounds.

This is straight up what it says. if youre law enforcement, a hunter, or even a prepper, this is an ESSENTIAL item. This will plug a hole in the box and could buy you the time you need for medical help to arrive. Dont need to be trained to use this item (but medical training is something I always recommend if you want to be most effective in an emergency situation). I hunt, and work as a volunteer, so this item is constantly with me in my kit in case of an emergency.

Good stuff! Remember, it is your med kit your buddies use when you get hit. I want to have the BEST medical kit possible considering my total hiking load out. Ounces become pounds, pounds equal pain. Still, I carry a comprehensive kit, I value me.

Im giving five stars across the board I hopefully never have to use them but will be prepared if needed.
