So I bought this because the ring that holds the excess band broke. Nothing wrong with my band itself. This watch band doesn’t really work for my watch. All the attachments are wrong. So I pulled off the band holder ring and stretches to fit on my band. Problem solved for me.

Seems as durable or more durable than the original band. Installed easily.

This replacement band isnt as soft or as comfortable as the original Garmin forerunner 245 band. This band is slightly thicker, and it is more rectangular than the original band. However, for a quarter of the price that Garmin sells new bands for, this purchase is worth it.

Bought this to replace the strap form my Garmin 245. Easy to attach and fits as well as the original. Material quality seems equal to the original, as well. Two band keepers.

This very affordable (cheap) bands fit my Garmin 245 perfectly. The material is practically identical and perhaps slightly softer, which feels great. The style and texture are almost identical too, but with many colors to choose from. The only difference I can see is that the original bands come with one loop, while this comes with two loops. It adds perhaps a few more grams to the weight, but is much more secure and hopefully more durable (if one loop broke, there is still another).

Had the watch for over 3 years. The original band was stretching out and I lost one of the band keeps. This replacement was easy to install, and feels great.

Garmin bands are ridiculously expensive. Tried this brand previously on my Fenix 5, and it felt a little stretchy for that watch so coughed up the xtra $$ for that one. As the heavy Fenix series is impractical for actual running and workouts (just forget the wrist HR), I bought the lighter 245 (with music), and gave the Notocity bands another try. They have been great, and at the price, I picked up a few different colors to mix things up now and then. Quality is pretty much indistinguishable from OEM Garmin for this watch. Thumbs up.

The little loop that holds down the strap on the band that came with my Garmin broke so I thought Id give this replacement a try. It had 2 loops where as the original only had 1. A review I read stated it was better than the original, which I doubted. But it was inexpensive so I bought it. IT IS better than the original!! Bonus, my original was gray, which was okay, but this one is black and matches my Forerunner perfectly. Seems stronger, has 2 loops, and feels better than the original. WINNING!!
