Greater than one weekMy original band for my Garmin Forerunner 35 broke and I needed a replacement. Loved all the color choices. Got the mint green one and it came with the band, a screwdriver, screws and simple instructions. It literally took 2 minutes to replace my broken band and this one looks great and is comfortable. Very happy!

> 3 dayThe band was shipped quickly and accurate. What I like is the double little bands that keep the strap from flopping around. This is perfect! The original band only comes with one and that is what broke on the original watch band. Comes with torx driver and extra screws. You may need a higher end torx drive just in case the screws are stripped. The torx driver provided is a bit softer tip and one of my screws was stripped. I had to remove last screw with needle nose pliers. Other than that the band is Perfect. The Band gets 5 stars and the tool 4 stars. But, it is great a tool is being provided.

> 3 dayThis is super easy to install, hardware included. It is a little longer than my original wristband that broke, but it also came with two of the little loops to hold down the access band. I was really pleased to see that since thats the part which broke on my original one, and really the whole reason I needed a replacement. I went with slate grey, I really like it. Would buy again.

> 3 dayI was hesitant to purchase this because I read another review that said the replacement strap didn’t fit their Garmin Forerunner 35. When I received the replacement band I too thought they sent me the wrong one. However, the white piece does come off and this strap is compatible with the Forerunner 35. Garmin has a useful video that shows step-by-step how to replace the band. Search for “Support: Forerunner 30/35 Band Replacement” on Youtube. The only thing I don’t like about this new band is that its longer than the original. I have an average size wrist and the band loops almost all the way around. So I give it 4 stars for that reason.

When your original strap is completely detached from the watch(including your screws), you only need to replace the strap directly, aim at the interface of the watch, and install the screws. |
When your original strap is disconnected from the middle(including silicone part), the broken part remains on your watch. You must screw off the screws, remove the residual part, then align the replacement strap to the interface of the watch and screw the screws. |
When the strap is detached from the connections, the white metal piece on the strap remains on the watch. You need to screw off the white metal piece with our screwdrivers (notice:you must screw off it,because it is part of the broken original strap) and then install our new replacement strap. |
