Update. After a year of having this nice suitcase the zipper finally broke on it so now its ruined. I tried to purchase a zipper and fix it but that didnt work, so its pretty much useless

Luggage was a good value for the money and I didnt have to leave home to get it.

Bought for my husband, it has been on a couple of vacations with no issues. He fits a lot of items when packing and even more stuff when packing for our return home, which includes many souvenirs

I honestly got this for a really good price. The outer casing is sturdy. The inner layout and separation of sections are extremely helpful. For an avid traveler, this is sufficient. I had a 28” suitcase before this and it was a pain to lug around. I didn’t realize I could fit the same amount of items in this 20” because it gives you spaces to be organized when packing.

We ordered three of these for our family, not one of them is good quality. We loaded our bags into our truck and when we got to the airport found out that TWO of the three the handle will not stay locked when extended making it impossible to roll on all four wheels. On top of that frustration, when we got to our location (carry-on bags not checked) they all had huge divots in the texture and scratches just from the overhead bins, I cannot even imagine how awful they would have been in the cargo hold. I wouldnt recommend this carry-on to anyone - so poorly made.

I dont understand all the high ratings. The handle for the suitcase broke during my first use of it. I am so careful with all of my possessions, so I had very strong misgivings about this brand once the handle broke when I got out of my Uber outside the hotel upon arrival. The mechanism got stuck and then the interior pole that pivots with the handle just snapped inside. It was pretty awful. The only thing Ill give as a positive is the lightweight textures and feels of the luggage, which do come with an excellent set of wheels. It looks high quality, but when the handle is so faulty - and lets be honest, the handle is the most important part of the luggage after the wheels! I had to wheel it around while stooped so I didnt have to keep carrying it by the carry handle! NOTE: Thank you, Amazon, for providing me with a full refund. This is one satisfied Amazon customer, not a Ben Sherman Nottingham customer. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing any other BSN products in future or ever again.

Love the look of this luggage. Will be using it on my next trip and will assess its durability then.
