I had been taking a B-50 vitamin by another company and I was just feeling awful. My digestion was terrible, I was suffering with fluid retention and my hair felt like straw. And then I finally noticed that my urine did not have that B vitamin bright yellow color to it and I knew my body wasnt getting any B vitamins. So I switched to this wonderful company and now I feel amazing. My digestion is back to normal, I am no longer suffering with fluid retention, my hair is getting healthy again, my memory is better and my energy level is back. I have now switched all my vitamins to Now Foods and I couldnt be happier. I only wish that I knew about this wonderful company sooner. Included a photo to show the freshness of these vitamins.

I developed a problem with canker sores in my 40s, brought on by grapes and citrus fruit. A little research showed that Vitamin B might help. So I tried this product, and it works perfectly. One a day and I rarely get a canker sore. On the rare occasions when one begins to form I just take two of these a day for a couple days and it disappears.
