This NSI Tork smart plug was easy to install and looked exactly as pictured. It can control 2 devices but right now we only have a lamp installed. Once we downloaded the app, It took 5 minutes to set up and link to Alexa. We already had the Alexa system but if you dont you will have to buy. I use it for a lamp and its as simple as Alexa, turn on living room light and it hasnt failed yet. Been about 1.5 weeks. I do notice there is a couple second delay but no big deal. I normally use it when I come into the house via voice, but its nice you can control remotely in case you need a light on when you are away from home.

It is controlled by the Tork app. After a huge amount of effort, I finally got it to work. I did manage to get it to work with Google Home Assistant. After a few years of flawless use, it lost power or its memory setting and I had to reinstall everything over again. Now, Google Assistant will not recognize the Tork app. NSi does not exist on the internet any longer either. I wouldnt trust another Tork product.

So, this is a great little plug, but its mostly just one plug. The app works fine, but it turns the switch on or off, which means that both things thatre plugged in turn on or off, so you cant control them separately. Its fine if there are paired things youd want on at the same time--say, lights, or a TV and a soundbar--but that could be achieved just as easily by plugging a power strip into a single plug. Further, you need to download an app to use these, which is standard, but Im getting fatigued by having so many apps. I control them with google home mostly, but even still, I think Ill just stick to one brand going forward to make it simpler.

This plug is smarter than my house . It may also be smarter than me. Works with our kitchen and LR lights, but not others; works with our ceiling fans. Easy to plug in and set up. Next time I go smart anything electronic Ill call our son or grandnieces. I rate it a four.

The first thing you have to know going into this is that this is ONE remote outlet with two plugs. That is, it offers two places to plug in and control as one unit, and not independently like some multi-outlet WiFi plugs. I have a pair of plug in light fixtures above my living room book shelf that are the main lights for that room. In the past, I used a timer with an extension cord so that I could have two plugs (one for each fixture) coming out of the single outlet. With this, I can easily plug both fixtures directly into the smart plug which eliminates the mess of wires that used to be required behind the shelves. As long as you go into this knowing what it is (dual plugs attached to one remote control), I think you will be happy with the performance of this product. If you need two independently controlled outlets, this isnt the product for you. For me and my setup, it works well.

This was very easy to set up and get running. We have been using it for over a week now with absolutely no issues. It is great being able to turn the lights on before pulling into the driveway.

This is perfect for something like turning on and off two nightstands as this has two outlets. It also is three pronged, for devices that have a ground connection. This does require to setup an account under the Tork app. I was able to link it to my Google home and create a name to turn it on and off. Nice wifi outlet that doesnt take up very much room.

I’ve tried a few of these WiFi outlets and this is definitely one of the better ones. It’s a pretty straightforward concept, plug in, pair, and configure to your liking. I had no issues with pairing and I got it to configured to some mood lights in our entertainment center. I’ve even been able to configure this with voice commands However the commands are pretty limited, mainly turn on and off. I’ve been unable to get it to dim. I would have loved the ability to integrate it with apple home app but I’ve been unable to. Overall, it’s a solid plug and works well with the apps it can configure to.

Im using the latest version of the Android software. It took a few tries, but when I used the Smart Life app (which I use for other smart plugs), things worked. Two critics who gave it three stars said that they did not like the fact that you cannot control things independently. They did not see the utility of having one device controlling two sockets. What a failure of imagination. I can see that some people could find that useful. For example, you might have two lights that you want to control together. So you either want them both on or both off always at the same time. Having it all controlled by one switch saves you the hassle of having to switch one and then the other off. Alexa, turn off light 1. Alexa, turn off light 2. This is better: Alexa, turn off my dual lights. So that would be a useful feature. Thats just one example. Another possibility is that theres a part of your house where you only have one plug available and you dont mind the two devices going on and off together. Example: your PC and your printer. Or your TV and your mood lighting.

We have so many brands of plugs like this one, and this one is awesome. It synced perfectly with Alexa and never has glitches like some others do. Easy to set up and I love that it’s two sided. We have two lamps plugged into it and it works like a charm. Highly recommend!
