It can carry lot of items including my 4 notebooks, laptop, laptop cooling pad, large USB headphones, 15-inch laptop accessories case, calculator case, coffee thermos, clipboard and snacks with room for more! Although my pack could weigh up to 30 pounds at times, it is very comfortable at the shoulders with its padded straps. I practically do not feel it on me.

> 3 dayAfter about a year of use, this backpack is near failure. One of the straps is tearing off where it joins the main body of the pack and will be useless in about a month. This is unfortunate as there has otherwise been no real issue. It can carry a ton if I need to, theres no other meaningful damage, it has plenty of compartments that I was looking for. Might have just been a defective bag.

03-04-2025This was a Christmas gift for my daughter & I borrowed it for work. Have not given it back. Lots of room, comfortable to carry. I have health problems and My laptop doesn’t feel as heavy in this. Great product.

03-04-2025Bag seems fine, but laptop pocket was smaller than stated by the seller. The actual dimensions of the laptop pocket are 12x16x2, not 14x18x2 which is what the seller claims. This sadly meant that my laptop was just slightly too tall to fit into the bag still.
