Unfortunately, the backpack was folded in half when placed inside a clear bag for shipping (this bag was then placed inside an Amazon shipping bag), so it now has a dent cutting it in half horizontally causing it to fall over if not fully packed. In addition, the plastic bag it was placed in was covered in packing tape making it a pain to open. Also, the product was advertised as coming with a cable organizational bag, but it did not. I would have opted for a different version and saved $15, but thought the cable bag was a nice add-on.
