Received the package a day earlier than expected (kudos to Amazon). When I got it, the sticker seals has been sliced open and a corner of the box was ripped apart. The foam padding held all the pieces in place so I didnt see any major damage from shipping.

The build quality of this is quite good, but I have a Surface Book 2 13 and it is quite unstable. It can easily tip off the back of the stand. My recommendation is to look for something with a steeper rake or deeper base if your laptop is not weighted heavily towards the front.

This stand feels stable and the wide rubber pads ensure that your laptop doesnt scoot around. Lots of room underneath if you choose to store anything there. I once put a cup of coffee under it and completely forgot about it.

Solid stand

This laptop stand works absolute wonders if you use a laptop often. Within 5 minutes of getting it i was able to assemble it with ease and start using it for my homework. It has a very nice design and provides stability for working on projects
