Just as expected

This is perfect for working at home when set up on a 36 height countertop (I am 57). This may not work from a standard table height, unless one is shorter. As it is, I have the stand as high as it possibly can go without it tipping backwards when my computer is on it (per some of the complaints in these reviews). People also complain that the stand is tight and difficult to manuever, but I actually REALLY appreciate that because once the stand is in the position I want it to be in, it is very sturdy in the sense that the weight of my hands/wrists resting on it do not cause the stand to push down and require adjustment. I can put quite a bit of weight pushing on it, and it will not move. My stand is brand new and I have only used it for two days, so I will be curious how it holds up over time, esp if I have to continually collapse it to move it off our counter every night for dinner. One other plus is that I appreciate being able to type on it with very minimal shaking of the stand.

This item required a lot of adjusting for my 13 macbook pro to sit stabally on it. I compared this product to the Boyata Laptop Holder and was instantly satisfied with the Boyata.

5 Star sturdy and attractive

Excellent product. Holds my semi-heavy Alienware m17 perfectly.

Very heavy duty. Even when elevated, the platform is very stable which is perfect if you will be tap tap tapping on a drum machine of some sort. Plenty of room underneath for an additional small device or to store odds and ends, or bring the front lip all the way down to the base. This is probably not the right product if youre going to be adjusting it all the time.

Best Laptop stand i ever had

I am glad I made the investment. The Nulaxy laptop stand is well-made, sturdy. It provides multiple angles, so I can adjust depending on how I plan to use my laptop. I.E. video conferencing versus straight typing.

The item is sturdy and is as promised. The base is a little big, but keeps it sturdy. Id like to move my lap top closer to my eyes, but the base is in the way of my keyboard.
