The build quality of this keyboard is just top notch. It is an aluminum frame on top of a plastic base and its quite heavy with a deep thonky sound. The baby kangaroo switch version I have has a slight tactile bump to is. Maybe a bit less than a brown. Sounds is quite good and I can only assume these are factory lubed as I dont feel any scratch on the switches at all. The print on the keycaps are bold and clear with no noticeable flaws that I can see. You have 2 stage feet on the rear of the keyboard which I love because I prefer a taller tilt profile to my keyboards. It says in the Amazon description Seven switches of different types are included in the package to facilitate users to find the most suitable switch and feel and I feel thats a bit misleading. Its just a sampling of 7 different switch types in the box. Not sure thats very useful. I mean if one of my switches breaks, I would want a switch of the same type thats on my keyboard. They also include some additional keycaps including some Windows specific keys if you want to use this on a Windows machine instead of Mac. I give big points for this. I much prefer changing the caps out vs having keys with both windows and mac prints on that. This is the same thing Keychron does with their keyboards. As far as a prebuilt goes, I think this is one of the best Mac keyboards on the market. There isnt a ton of Mac gamers out there though so Im not sure 65% was the way to go. Something like a TKL would have been a much better idea for a Mac specific keyboard.

Ill normally begin modifying a keyboard right out of the box; lubing and filming switches, foaming cases and top plates, tape mods, etc. to make them feel and sound better... This keyboard was such an enjoyable experience right out of the box, its the first time Ive actually just left the keyboard exactly how it was. The ghost bar is absolutely amazing sounding. I got the model with baby kangaroo switches, theyre easily the best feeling tactile switches Ive ever used. The bump is right at the top, and even unlubed or filmed theyre really good feeling. Maybe Ill lube/film them one day, but as of now Im finding myself typing more than ever, beating my typing speed records, and just being generally content with this rig. I use it wirelessly about 75% of the time, and the connectivity seems solid. A lot of the time lately Im using a tv as a monitor and sitting across the room, having zero issues. In the mechanical keyboard hobby, this is a budget or entry level keyboard. When you compare this to every other budget/entry offering, this keyboard does it all better in my opinion. If thats what youre looking for, save your keychron or RKS money and buy one of these. The 75% and 94% are live on NuPhys website, but if youre in the market for a 65% I would get it from amazon for the simple return option if its not for you or if something did happen to be wrong with your keyboard. Also: if youre a tactile switch person: get the baby kangaroo switches. If youre a linear switch person: get the baby raccoon. Easily worth the $10 upgrade over the browns or reds. Nuphy did send demos of their glacier switches, which felt super nice, but for me, the baby kangaroos are the real winner.

I was very excited about this keyboard at the beginning. When i received the keyboard it was easy to setup. However, some keys dont work which makes the keyboard useless. Not happy with the purchase. :(

Solid construction, good sound, and (so far) seamless Bluetooth connectivity. The extra silicone under the space bar is also a really nice touch that you won’t normally find in prebuilts. As a whole, this keyboard is very similar to a $280 custom board I own for more than $100 less.

Reliable and comfortable plus the extra high-quality feel. Typing experience is top-notch. Though price is quite steep, no regrets whatsoever… it is all worth it!

I bought this directly from Nuphy for about $10 cheaper and it took a week to arrive. I ordered the white with Night Shade key switches. I did not get the shine thru keycaps. This is probably the best prebuilt you can get under $150. The only serious contender would be Keychron which are more budget friendly, have more options for layout, but not as flashy as this one. I own a Keychron Q9 (40%) and Q2(60%) and they are very solid. But for aesthetics, they are not as nice. Also, this being wireless is a plus and it has a neat way of storing the dongle in the keyboard. The RGB is very beautiful. With the white board and keycaps, it looks very clean. The night shade switches are linear and are really nice and smooth. They are factory lubed and they are very consistent. The actuation and bottom out is very good for both typing and gaming. There is a lot of attention to detail on the keyboard and they are nice enough to give you a few sample switches for red, black, and the kangaroo green. I feel like the kangaroo green are a little pingy. It also came with a high quality switch puller and keycap remover. I have only 2 complaints. One is I wish this was VIA combatable, and I have no idea if you can reprogram the keys. Big bummer. Second complaint is that the keyboard has the windows button twice! First off, the first windows key that is on the left of the keyboard is in the wrong spot. Typically, it is found in between the CTRL and ALT buttons. Nope, on this keyboard they decided to give you, from left to right, CTRL, ALT, then WIN. Then going further, space bar, and then WIN KEY AGAIN! And for some reason that keycap is ALT. Hopefully they release a firmware update to address this.

Worth the price. This is really a good mech keyboard for everyone. Good quality (case and keyboard) and fancy design. I like the halo LED and indicate LED on the top left. Perfectly suit with both Win and Mac. Support with 3 mod connections. Choose the switch you would like type with. Thanks to the hot-swap pcb, we can also change switches we would like to try. If you are new to mech keyboard, this is good one to start with. If you are an keyboard enthusiast, want a keyboard with little fancy design and almost all modern keyboard functionalities, it is also a good keyboard to play with.

The keyboard came with some switches being different than the ones I ordered as you can see in the images the blue switches also the keyboard is supposed to come with a set of different switches to try them out but as you can see from the images a lot of them are the same and from looking at unboxing reviews they came with the wrong switches. Honestly the keyboard seem like it might have been used it had some white marks on it right out of the box maybe a return that was resold. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to resolve this issue with Amazon so I guess just take that into consideration when order. So far though I will say it does seem like the one and done type of keyboard has some good weight to it and sounds nice not super thocky it’s more like the pinballs type of sound it’s a bit more quite. Compared to the Keychron k6 it feels heavier and sounds less hallow. The k6 didn’t sound hallow or bad to me before using the Halo65 but after using it I can definitely tell it has a lot done from factory to it to give it its sound. I wish it had more of a thocky sound but still sounds pretty good none of the less I would recommend it.

Nuphy has done an outstanding job with this board. The box opening experience is awesome. The build quality is excellent, the cncd frame is smooth and has no noticeable blemishes. I got it with the baby raccoons, and I would say they are a little heavier then a yellow, but not quite as heavy as a black. I also own a keychron k6 pro with the gateron g pro 2.0 reds and I would say the switches are noticeably heavier and you may notice some finger fatigue while you are getting used to them. All in all, I would definitely buy another nuphy board.

it looks exactly the same as the product pictures. I love the switch soooooooo much, the typing sound is what I am looking for all the time. The keycaps are also so well made. (I bought this keyboard because I bought the nuphy air75 low profile one before, that one is great, thats why I chose nuphy again when looking for a full mechanical keyboard). Bluetooth works perfectly. however, one thing is this keyboard is much heavier than I expected, will make it less portable, better to leave it at home. I will not carry it around, so it is okay for me. Overall, I am really satisfied with this keyboard, and feel it worths the money and time. There is highly chance that I will buy another keyboard if nuphy has new keyboard release in the future.
