Nurge Pink Plastic Square Embroidery Hoops, Cross Stich Hoop, Punch Needle Hoop (Large)

This hoop is very disappointing. I purchased it based on recommendations I’ve read online and find that the fabric at the sides of the hoop constantly loosens and has to be pulled tight, despite the hoop being as tight as I can possibly make it.

I have many hoops ranging in quality but in reading the reviews I had to try it. I have to say that this has to be the best. There is absolutely no slippage in lightweight to medium fabrics (haven’t tested it on heavyweight). I would highly recommend the hoop even if you have an extensive collection, you won’t be disappointed.

And the shape is preferable to a round hoop. But, beware for those with wrist issues, is heavier than a normal hoop. Otherwise, I love it

I love the tightness of the fabric and the lightness of the hoop.

Easy to put material into frame and frame holds material tight for embroidery

Wife saw them at stichcon and wanted one. Tried it and loved it. Great for stiffer fingers.

I love the size of this and it is lightweight so no hand fatigue.

Have had a couple of other brands but they didn’t hold the material in place, this hoop does a good job.

I just put a project in and it’s nice and tight and light weight

I know that a lot of people use and like these hoops but I don’t. I can’t seem to get AND keep it tight. Maybe the user? Not for me….
