I know friends who have used this with great success. I’m one of the rare few who had a terrible reaction. Now I have half or more of this product going to waste. I tried to push through by tapering up and down, but the headaches and extreme fatigue was too much. I’ve heard reactions are rare but after this I noticed the same reaction to bone broth which both realizations all around are a bummer because I really wanted this to help repair my gut. Yes this did help with my bloating, & gut issues BUT I had to stop taking this. After a couple weeks I started having headaches every day. Finding a product with no additives, no fillers, no bull, was a huge pain in the butt. Once you realize this is an option, you may wonder why you have been consuming products with fillers that do nothing, or possibly do harm over time. Additionally, finding a product that verifies and advertises its testing, and is processed in the United States (home-grown jobs), can be difficult. Some companies that advertise as USA actually buy product from overseas and simply package it here. More particularly, this product has no issue mixing, almost no taste when mixed with water, and no consistency issues throughout the containers use (several months). I am not a scientist, therefore will not comment on glutamines ability to help recovery/growth. I feel this product works well for me, though I use a slightly lesser amount than recommended doses. I love this glutamine powder. Nutrabio sells pharmaceutical grade products without fillers. I take this for a variety of reasons, but it is great in preventing muscle pain after a work out. I take one scoop daily when I remember to help prevent leaky gut and it is supposed to help with energy (although I have not found any benefit there in the energy department). But the best use for me is preventing muscle pain when working out or doing heavy yard work. For best results, take a scoop before your workout, another scoop afterwards and again before bed and it does a very good job at preventing muscle pain. My friend used it before and after running a marathon and was amazed at the difference. She said normally after a marathon she is spent, but with the l glutamine (she uses a different brand) she was able to go home and mow her lawn and give her dogs a bath. Im been using glutamine for years after working out and never had a problem with it. This brand seems to be high quality but I was supposed to work up to 4x a day to heal severe leaky gut and could barely tolerate 2-3 x without stomach pain. The higher dose also totally killed my appetite. I also had no cravings in the evening. For me this was a bad thing because I struggle to keep any weight on. I continued with it for several weeks along with some other supplements and when I was retested, my gut had showed significant improvement and the gut was almost back to normal! I have not been tested a third time to see if it is totally healed, but I feel along better than I did when I started. I have used several supplements from this company and am happy with the quality.

Ive only been taking it a few days, but it seemed to jumpstart my weight loss. Need more time to tell about that. But taking the product is an amazing experience. Ive been training for my half marathon in March and I also do crossfit so I NEEDED something to help with recovery time. Im one of those that refuses to take ANY sups but finally gave into this when a friend recommended it. So far I havent seen or felt any drastic changes in recovery time, but I will continue use and update later.
