This L Glutamine did not dissolve well at all, you have to put it in something thick to mask it. Tried cold and hot beverages and still won’t dissolve while mixing with a heavy duty milk frother or a shaker cup. It also is not tasteless with a cold/hot beverage. I wish the was a returnable item on Amazon because I would’ve sent it back after the first use.

Ive been an avid user of glutamine for about 15 years. In combination with Ester-C, I strongly believe the combination is what has prevented me from being ill, and only having about a 3-day cold once every couple years. Cheaper priced glutamine is grainy and takes a long time to dissolve in water, if it will completely dissolve at all. The highest quality glutamine is so fine its almost like a powder and dissolves rather quickly in plain water. After reading the reviews, it sounded like Nutrabios glutamine was one of the higher grade glutamines and when I first tried it I was amazed at the quality of it! It is easily the highest quality or matches the highest quality glutamine I have used in the last 15 years. AND it is priced like the lower quality brands. BUY IT!!!

So far, all I can address is the packaging, cost, and taste. Packaging is marked with an expiration date, which is helpful; powder settled so that the bottle appears half-full, but that seems reasonable; the taste is non-existent to me. It may have a slight, almost undetectable bitterness, but I think I could just eat it from a spoon and wash it down with water. The price is better than most, and this is purported to be pure product with no fillers. Who wants fillers? I have celiac (gluten sensitivity), so I am trying this for after Ive accidentally eaten gluten, which happens every couple of months. When it does, I have digestion issues, joint pain, irritability and muscle weakness. It takes a week or so to recover, so Im hoping this will shorten that time. I will update when I have results.

I take it during and after a though lift

I know friends who have used this with great success. I’m one of the rare few who had a terrible reaction. Now I have half or more of this product going to waste. I tried to push through by tapering up and down, but the headaches and extreme fatigue was too much. I’ve heard reactions are rare but after this I noticed the same reaction to bone broth which both realizations all around are a bummer because I really wanted this to help repair my gut. Which, in fairness it did help a little but the headaches were just too much.

Ordered this product for my daughter. Her nutritionist recommended it to help her get through chemo. Seems to be just what she needed.

Yes this did help with my bloating, & gut issues BUT I had to stop taking this. After a couple weeks I started having headaches every day. I took only one scoop with my coffee every morning, it is tasteless. This was the only new thing I added to my regime. After about 3 days my headaches finally subsided. It may work for you! But Im prone to headaches so be careful.
