Mix it with water, juice and or whey protein. Less soreness, I take a scoop before then after a workout. Be sure to drink plenty of water. The taste is what it is. It is glutamine. Has an off flavor when. Mixed with a protein shake. Would not purchase this brand again.

I can taste something when I add this to water, which was what I read you should do. To offset, I add flavor to the water to cover up the taste of the L Glutamine. Time will tell if this actually helps heal my gut.

Im been using glutamine for years after working out and never had a problem with it. This brand seems to be high quality but I was supposed to work up to 4x a day to heal severe leaky gut and could barely tolerate 2-3 x without stomach pain. The higher dose also totally killed my appetite. I also had no cravings in the evening. For me this was a bad thing because I struggle to keep any weight on. I continued with it for several weeks along with some other supplements and when I was retested, my gut had showed significant improvement and the gut was almost back to normal! I have not been tested a third time to see if it is totally healed, but I feel along better than I did when I started. I have used several supplements from this company and am happy with the quality.
