I received Nutricost Lysine yesterday. Lysine has been on my to try list for a while. I believe this is a good buy since it is non-gmo and a capsule will dissolve better than a tablet. I expect I will make more purchases from this company and Amazon. Thank you. Rm

Easy to swallow

First time I’ve ever purchased any L-Lysine product but was told by a friend this was a good choice. I take one per day with 50 mg zinc, after a meal. They’re easy to swallow & I feel like I’m doing something good for my body.

The pills are easy to take.

This bottle is comically massive, like a cartoon prop. Buuuuut I’m not going to run out any time soon, so it’s all good.

These are great and easy to swallow. You do have to take 2 to get the 1000mg but otherwise I like them

My husband and mother-in-law both take Lysine in the morning for energy. It helps them maintain energy levels throughout the day.

Keeps cold sores at bay. Great large container.
