So far I havent heard any interruption in the sound and the earbuds are very comfortable in my ears. I did have to change the medium earbud cover to the small ones for better comfort but they come in three sizes so you can choose the one that suits you the best.

You can try
1. Turn off your phone"s Bluetooth
2. Put both earbuds back into the charging compartment and turn off the charging compartment.
3. Turn on the charging compartment again and wait for 5 seconds, the Bluetooth of both earbuds will be matched automatically.
4. When the indicator light of one of the earbuds turns off, it indicates that the two earbuds have been paired successfully.
5. Take out the earbuds, successfully connect to your cell phone Bluetooth and enjoy your music.
