When I removed toilet and saw cast iron flange rusted away all I could see was dollar signs for repairing pipes. Saw this item. Went in pipe no problem. Tightened screws and it was done. Being PVC it should last my lifetime. This was a lifesaver.

Shove this into the pipe, tighten down the screws and your done. Dont have to tear out concrete or cut the pipe I did use a couple of other repair pieces befor, this is the best so far. Price is a little higher but its worth it not have to do it over when the cheaper products fail

Worked great had to clean edge of pipe a bit but went right in & did not have to screw down just tightened up gasket and all was good . Great for slab floor replacement if pipe is good & flange is bad

Works exactly as described and high quality. Will raise toilet up some so buy wooden shims to fix the space under the toilet

Worked great for the application I was using... Had an old busted cast iron stub surrounded by crumbled concrete, removed old flange which was not the correct one and inserted cup to hold shape while I let new concrete set up (about an hour) then removed cup and inserted Oatey Cast Iron Flange Replacement,... Secured and let concrete finish setting up for a full 7 days before we set toilet due to moister etc.. Now everything has sealed up better than ever! Would defiantly recommend this!

Long story short, Ive had to rebuild my house from the studs out over the last 18 months...grrr...Im a short female nurse, NOT a general contractor! So when deciding upon which items to purchase during the last year and a half, I did a little research, read reviews, and also learned brand names in construction and how some are better than others. Thats how I decided this flange would work on my 1st floor commode. SUPER easy to install! Easily tightened the bolts so the gasket filled in the gaps. Again, no experience here and I installed just fine and its not leaking 1 year later :)

Lifesaver. I had an old (from 1962) cast iron pipe in a slab floor and the old flange was long gone. This went right in, sealed up nice and tight and toilet flushes great.

The old cast iron toilet flange was embedded in concrete and impossible to remove. I drilled through it and anchored this Oatey replacement to the slab with concrete anchors. It worked PERFECTLY. The inner adjustment screws created a tight fit to the inside of the cast iron pipe. This is a great product, and I highly recommend it for this type of application.

This thing was/is amazing. Fit perfectly into the cast iron pipe and tightened as tight as the old cast iron flange used to be. Toilet is as tight as it could be and it doesn’t wobble anymore!!! Very happy with this....
