If you need a decent set of feeler gauge that are cheap and functional these feeler gauges fit the bill

As other reviewers have mentioned, this item can arrive pretty oily, which I suppose is better than no oil at all. The blades are easy to remove, so you can clean/oil/reorder the blades if you want.
