I got a second cd with the same result. It will not download into the computer. Save your hard earned bucks and go someplace else..

Being unfamiliar with some processes, I wish there was more information for me as a novice. A lot of terminology is not easy to understand or apply to the situations. I will make it work for me, but I wish there were easier steps to follow.

I like it because it works similarly to Microsoft Word, and fulfills my needs for writing and others, without taking my money as much. Thanks.
