Official SML Merch - Jeffy Puppet

My son has had this puppet for over a year now and it has held up well. He doesn’t play with it nearly as often as he used to but still keeps it on his bed and sleeps with it every night. For those of you struggling with the thought of this puppet being offensive to certain people; stop worrying!! I myself have Tourette’s Syndrome, OCD and ADD. Mental illnesses are not easy to live with, but if you can’t laugh at yourself then all you can do is cry. I grew up watching movies like What About Bob and Shallow Hal. Movies that are not shy about mocking people with my disabilities! I laugh right along because it’s funny! The ONLY people who have ever been offended by my watching of these movies are people who do not live with a mental illness. They tell me how I’m supposed to feel and get upset that I’m not also upset. It’s ridiculous. My son absolutely LOVES Jeffy because he finds him to be a funny character. He doesn’t make fun of Jeffy; he idolizes him and wishes he could be his real life friend because he’s fun and energetic. If you’re offended by a puppet that represents an atypical personality, then you’re admitting that people with said type of personality should be ashamed of who they are. THAT is what offends me! Allow your kids to embrace and appreciate Jeffy. They will be better people because of it. When they meet people like Jeffy in real life they will not only be excited to befriend them, but they will accept them as they are and likely be more comfortable around them than they would be otherwise because they will know what to expect. Just get your kid the puppet!! And if people around you get offended then you tell them that you’re also offended that they believe people like Jeffy should stay hidden from the public eye because they’re different.

If you watch the SML videos on YouTube then youll understand why Jeffy is hilariously stupid. Its a very well put together puppet and is fun to play with. It comes with extra diapers and a bag to keep it in too. It doesnt come with puppeteer rods so youll have to get one. But all and all, my kids and myself entertain ourselves with this puppet and laugh a lot. There is 2 versions that I saw on Amazon, one is $120 and the other is $74.99. I got the more expensive one, but dont know if theres a different or not.

My son loves jeffy so naturally we had to get him one. He is just as described. I just wish his diaper which is an actual diaper had a hole or slit in it so you didnt have to push it aside when trying to get your hand up in the puppet..(doesnt sound right).. Also the pencil the eraser came off within a week. Other than that I dont think it was worth what we paid but as long as my son is happy with it thats all that matters.

My son is a huge fan on sml. He has had me to modify toys to look like jeffy. So he will absolutely lose his crap when he opens this for Christmas!!!

this puppet was as described, and arrived on time. It was a little flat, do I made some alterations to him and added stuffing to him. I just took a seam ripper and made atiny vertical slit in hos back and added pillow stuffing. and then my kid can use him as a doll, not just a puppet.

No clue what my son sees in this YouTube channel but he wanted the Jeffy puppet desperately. His only complaint was that it didnt come with the metal rods that the YouTubers use to move the hands. I couldve bought them (they were a clear option) but I didnt think my kid had dreams of creating Jeffy videos so I skipped them.
