This is an update to my initial review. After I received my press, Amazon worked with me, and offered me a one week return window..YAY...but better yet, Jamie from OffNova contacted me. Several back and forth emails later, she offered me a new free replacement for my press. I accepted. It came today, and it works perfectly!! Heated up to temp in about a minute, and the timer worked as well. I assume I got a bad press the first time. Im totally ready now to rock out the Christmas presents!! bumping up my 2 star review to a 5..great customer service!! I have a habit of shopping early, and saving items for the day...backfired this time. I got this as a gift in november, and finally tried it. I cannot get the temp to go up past 210. Ive emailed the company for help, and also posted a question on amazon. if i get an answer that works,..ill post an update..for now? ive got a cute paperweight.

I like the product is just smaller than expected

It comes in handy for a quick press I dont think the heat is distributed properly but I am going to confirm that and come back and recant my review if that is the case I do love how convenient it is it does its job however you may have to let it sit a little longer in some cases but not all its worth the money and does what its supposed to do

I finally convinced my husband to buy me a cricut. Of course I wanted all of the goodies that went with it, but he wasn’t on board with that. I found this heat press and figured I’d give it a try. No regrets. I love that I saved a good bit of money, which ended up allowing me to spend that “saved” money on extra vinyl.

Excellent product does the job

Just used this yesterday for the first time, I love it. Works just as good a name brand which is much more expensive! Im glad I gave this a try.

My shirt I had has some loose parts in the center on the Htv vinyl. On the same part it has over heated and wrinkled:(

This works exactly like the higher priced brands so you can get a larger baseplate for the same money.
