> 3 dayThis is a much better choice if you have elderly or pets to bathe. The standard 59 hoses that come as part of kits are too short for my needs. Just pay attention to the way you are installing this. The ends of the hose are both different. The tapered end connects to the shower wand and the end with the nut connects to the diverter. If you do this backwards, your handheld wand probably will not rest correctly in its mount. No tools required, just hand tighten only. This has not dripped at all and makes the shower function better now. Also, much easier to clean the shower with this longer hose.

> 3 dayWe bought a house with a very low shower arm so we got this to fix the issue. Good quality, easy install, came with teflon tape and spacers for install. I was pretty impressed.

Greater than one weekI prefer metal hoses on handheld showerheads because they look better and have a higher quality feel than plastic hoses. This hose is made with a metal sheath and ends that are chrome-plated to match many bathroom fixtures. All shower hoses stretch, but this hose stretches a lot more to about 150% of the original length. It has standard threads (for the USA) so it should connect directly to the water supply and the handheld showerhead. I like it better than the extra long hose I was using because it is more compact when not in use.

> 3 dayWe installed water filters on the shower pipe which brought the shower head down about 3 or 4 inches. Im not that tall, but the filters bring the showerhead down to an uncomfortable level. I had already installed one of these arms in our master bathroom so I also needed one for my daughters bathroom. It works as intended. Just like in my master bathroom, the old arm was a little bit of a challenge to unscrew. I was also trying to be careful not to torque the pipe in the wall, cause thatd be bad. Installation was a breeze and I like the fact that this arm comes with the teflon tape, 2 rubber gaskets and the cover plate to match.

> 3 dayThis shower head extension arm from OFFO is nice for tall people and rain shower heads. The 12” S shaped arm raise the shower head a nice distance and improves the “rain.” It is easy to install. (As long as your old arm is not corroded in!) A new matching cover plate, plumber’s tape and 2 washers are also included. It seems well made and sturdy. I was pleased to find it in a brushed nickel finish.

> 3 dayI got one like this in black for the master bathroom and realized it made my life better not having to hunch down to stand in the water. I ordered this one for the guest bath to let visitors (or my son who will likely be over six feet someday) experience a shower that feels more like rain. I’m leery of all off brand Teflon tape, so I didn’t use the included tape. It feels thin. I used the tape from the orange box store like I do for everything. It’s just superstition, but I don’t want any leaks. If you’re on the fence, give it a try. It’s worth it.

> 3 dayWe converted our existing shower head to a rainfall shower head, which was too big to install onto the existing shower arm, as well that we needed to raise the height for the new rainfall shower head to work properly. We order this 12 inch OFFO shower head extension arm which worked perfectly for this project. The shower head extension arm came packaged with everything needed, including gaskets and Teflon tape. The brushed nickel looks really nice, and the shower arm looks like good quality material. The price makes this shower head extension arm a bargain, in my opinion, and I recommend it.

> 3 dayThis riser is well made. The bends are done cleanly. The brushed finish matches my existing fixture.
