Greater than one weekThe order came in one day, I delivered them to my friend and after downloading the app to his phone (less than 3 minutes), figuring out his 2.4 GHz wifi password (about 10 minutes, with some cursing on his part :) ), pairing and naming 2 plugs (maybe 5 minutes, most of that figuring out good names, no connection problems), adding the skill to his Alexa (maybe a minute), he was up and running. The next 2 should take about 2 minutes total. We did get 1 with some marks on it, but their customer service has already arranged for a replacement. All in all a good experience!
