Fan sound is overwhelming while playing the system or in sleep mode. So you can’t use the charger for the controllers.

I love this cooling station, I love that the game storage can sit tucked in because I dont use it. I also love the storage for the external hard drive so it keeps it nice and safe. It is very quiet so far, the last on I had sounded like an airplane taking off. I highly recommend this product.

The first order for this was returned as it didn’t work at all. The replacement worked great for a month and the day after the return window closed it started making a horrible noise, and causes the ps5 to shut down. It was great when it worked, but not worth it for a month.

The fan can be loud when on

It didnt seem to have any real airflow, even on the highest setting. The low settings are pointless. Returning the item.

Over the years Ive bought so many cooling fans, console stands, controller charges, and this one beats them all. It is a perfect fit, super easy to set up, and Im really happy with the stand so far. The fan has 3 speeds, and I can barely hear it on the highest speed. The controllers seat into the charging station so easily, and the slot for the external hard drive is super convenient. I dont have a ton of space where I store my ps5, so I really appreciate the game storage being tucked into the stand if you dont want to use it. Im always skeptical of stands that use the console to power them, so I have plugged mine directly to an outlet, and its working great so far. If youre on the fence about buying this stand, please give it a shot, its worth it just for the controller charging stations and the storage alone, in my opinion.

I have tried 5 different cooling stands and this is by far the worst one. The problem with this cooling stand is that the fans are in the back area of the ps5, the back area is where the ps5 is at its hottest, so what that means is that this cooling stand is taking out the hot air from the back area, but since the back area is the hottest part of the ps5, it just makes the back area even hotter! It could just be doing more harm than good. Check out the Nexigo product that comes with dual fans, that is the best one I have tried out of all 5 cooling stands.

So I bought this in July, but didnt actually start using it until August. I was so excited to finally get my ps5 but unfortunately the first one was a dud and I had to exchange it, hence the wait. Either way, I wanted some of the accessories for it and the controllers. This looked pretty awesome, and knowing the cooling issues with the ps4 I was all over it! Seemed to work great, with the exception of... If you use the ps5 to power the base, the controllers wont charge when the ps5 is off, so I have it plugged in separately from the ps5. O and it literally only lasted like 2 months before making a horrible grinding sound. Im not sure if the actual fan is even working anymore, as now it has literally become just a charging stand. Disappointing to say the least. Not to mention I hyped it up and had a few others buy it also..... With the same issue. Funny how things break just after warranty! Dont buy this!

No complaints from son works well keeps cool

I like this. Ps5 seems to get very warm. These have to be helping. Ps5 fan louder than this one. Looks good.
