I learned about it from a nurse whose husband is an outside construction worker who previously had dry cracked fingers and sores. I tried it and it works perfectly. I have previously tired other hand/skin creams but either they do not work or they are greasy etc. I gave surprise gifts to two friends after mentioning it to them as well. This company also has other products which I have not yet found a need to try. Working hands has successfully solved my problems and hopefully yours if you give it a try.
