> 3 dayThe app doesnt work so you have to carry the robot around to where it needs to vacuum might as well just use a regular vacuum. I want a refund

> 3 dayUsing this vacuum to clean my hardwood floors really makes a difference. Having a dog and a cat it goes on twice a day. It picks up the hair, dirt, dust, cat litter with no issues. For a reasonable price, it does a great job! Ive had this machine for a just shy of a year. I ran into an issue with the machine and saw first hand how much it does after two days of hair not being picked up. I contacted customer support and they were great in resolving the issue. I will buy again from the same company if I need to upgrade in the future!

> 3 dayFor very low pile carpet and hard floors, okay. Not thorough, but does some of the work. Not so much on normal plush carpet common in bedrooms. Hard flooring works pretty well. Ill maybe let it run around in the kitchen for the inevitable crumbs that fall. On the berber carpet in the living room, it runs around okay collecting cat hair. Almost fun to watch it bop its head into chair legs. On bedroom plush carpet, it stops a lot. The pile isnt that deep, but it didnt pick up obvious small stuff. I had to rescue it from beneath the bed. It kept hitting a leg and turning back. I dont know if it would have ever come out on its own. Good for cat hair, but this just wont replace regular vacuuming with the upright. Too bad. I hate vacuuming more than anything. I hope the cat hair factory decides he wants to ride it around. Thatd be fun. Hes not afraid because it is very quiet, hes just curious. After a while, he got bored and went for a nap.

Greater than one weekThe battery last longer than other models (I have two other that are name brands) and even climbs over small ledges better than I anticipated. Good memory and does a decent job cleaning. Great buy for the performance and price!

> 3 dayNew Review: I accidentally unpaired the robot from the OKP app. Now its not re-pairing and keeps getting stuck at 85% before it asks me to try again. It gets lost pretty often in my large house and someone always has to go find it. Overall, 3 stars for the initial wow and the one-year meh feelings. Original Review: Let me preface this review by saying, I’m a pretty tech-savvy/intuitive person who doesn’t like to read manuals. With that said, I couldn’t figure out how to get the app to work the first night I used it, so I used the remote control the vacuum came with. Day 2, I sat down and skimmed the manual. Many tries later, the devices finally connected. I have a large house with some stair drops and uneven tiled flooring. The vacuum definitely cleans better on floor than on carpet, despite the product claiming to be better for carpet. My normal vacuum cannot get all the way under the bed, and this one can, but I don’t see too much of a difference between before and after “KC” the K3 made their way through. As for the stair drops, it detects large drops, but not small ones (5+ in vs 2-3 in) and frequently falls down the small stairs before beeping for help. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars. It does the job well enough but there’s definitely room for improvement. Speaking of which, it always vacuums over the same spots over and over…

> 3 dayWhat a great little guy, especially for the price! Not so great on carpet (fine for us) but otherwise perfect.

> 3 dayMy biggest concern was it getting stuck, or losing it entirely somewhere in the house. It is doing an amazing job of cleaning up the pet hair, after the first two trips around the house its bin was 3/4 full. Make sure to close the doors if you dont want him wandering off, specifically the back door to the yard. Our Bot is named Jeffery, because he cant drive in a straight line and crashes into everything - LOL

Greater than one weekIts a good sweep for hard floors. Carpet? Does a light once over until you can get the vacuum. Bin fills quickly, havent used the mop option yet. Could use more vigorous arms to collect debris.
