Ive been using this product for many years. It takes off waterproof mascara and other makeup residue left after cleansing with an oil or water-based cleanser. Leave my skin feeling clean but not dried out.

I begin my makeup with this astringent every morning followed by moisturizer before my makeup. I’ve been using this brand for years and I’m very pleased.

Apparently, I am not the only person who has had difficulty finding this product in stock. Thank goodness I found it here on Amazon. I have been using this toner for years and have tried a few other brands when I couldn’t find it. This one works best for me and is great for my combination skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin, and it is not too “perfumey” smelling, which is also important to me.
