These go good with the mini lamp. They put off the perfect amount of light with heat.

I have been using these lights for the 6 months that I have had my aquatic turtle. The turtle is ill with a calcium deficiency. Ithe vet tested these UVA/ UVB bulbs and there is very loose UVB in them. This is the reason my turtle became ill. Please stop carrying them there should be no stars.

These are good bulbs. However, when you order them make sure to test every one before your return window is up. I got extra ones for my geckos for the winter. 1 went out and my box of six was half bad and I’m stuck with the defective bulbs.

They burn out quicker than I expected they would. They last about a month each.

These didn’t even last 1 month. Very disappointed. I should’ve read the reviews! They’re cute little bulbs but I’m not sure they’re what my guys needed after all and then they only lasted a month.

I took a chance after reading all the reviews about these burning out quickly. so far no issues 2 months later. you have to treat them like a car headlamp. if you touch with your bare hands, the oils will heat the glass and shorten the life span of the bulb.

Im a relatively new Red Slider owner. I had a previous bulb that burned out. While I was waiting for this package, my turtle didnt bask at all. As soon as I put the new bulb in, he was back basking in the light. I highly recommend this. Its a great value too!

I bought this almost a year ago and I’m still using the first light bulb out of the 6 pack. At this rate I won’t need to buy more for at least 5 more years!
